I've been posting a few things here for a while and wanted to thank everyone who has replied over the last few weeks. Many of you have had great advice and new ways to cope with depression and anxiety. Recently I started to learn to code so that I can better myself. I realized recently that simply trying isnt good enough if all you do is say I'll try but don't put in the effort. Going through the posts here has inspired me to push forward with my plans, so again i just want to say thank you.

The support has been tremendous on my first day here so I want to also say thank you to you and know that taking on a new challenge or learning a new skill really helps with coping.
