I live on a fixed income...but I also not necessarily a hoarder but I have enough soap shampoo tooth paste and deofor abyear...I have 4 bottles of laundry detergent ten cans 99f Coffee and a two month supply of tobacco..I know this can't be healthy..I know I won't need buy these things for awhile and it's money I could be spending on other things or bill. How do I get myself to stop

You should love the things in your house if they don't make you feel good then quit adding to it, right? maybe you could write down the reasons that you don't need so much.. like they'll go old or they'll attract bugs or rodents. Just make a list and read over it when you start to go to the grocery store or however you shop. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
