As you know from previous posts, three days ago I saw a comedy show at a small arena. I was going to wear a mask and it fell out of my boyfriends pocket. I’m not scared I’ll get covid. I tested negative this morning. Today we are going to the beach, the same beach I went to a few days before I tested positive for covid last year. I’m a little worried that this means I will tests positive again. I know that’s so irrational but I can’t shake the feeling. I feel ok physically, just a little stuffy but that could be due to weather. My lower back also hurts (near my tailbone) but that could be due to my time of the month.

I get that I had Covid twice in six months it’s certainly not fun 😕
All you can do is try your best not to get it ,the first time I caught it from shopping even with wearing a mask and anti- bacing and the second time was from a hospital visit again I wore a mask- I know this because I’m disabled and rarely go anywhere. Strangely I’ve been with my son when he had covid (didn’t know he had till I had been with him) and the same with my husband’s uncle. I’ve just come to the conclusion it’s a matter of luck whether I get it or not! 🤷♀️
Your thoughts are just thoughts, they dont control the future, just accept them and let them come and go. Things almost never happen the same way twice
