I so understand Darknlovely in how Anxiety can drain us both mentally & physically.
It can be overwhelming at times. Finding a quiet "me time" can help reduce some of
the agitation and feeling in being out of control. Meditation and Breathing can help
put you into the now moment giving your mind and body a rest. I use Self-Hypnosis
Meditation before bed which helps calm me and allows me to fall into a deep
regenerate sleep. xx
