I try to pick my spots when I do it. I don't want to become reliant on it. It seems to help me at times. It gives me a jumpstart and uplifts my mood (more positive}.
Just wondering.
I hope everyone will find some joy today. God bless you.

I have used tea for the same. I started on this when drowsiness from medication was a factor, but got the added bonus of a mood lift.
Coffee is very bad for anxiety you should have nothing with caffeine in it or you will feel really bad try not to have it
A recent clinical trial (don't ask me for details) found that coffee and caffein's bad reputation is unfounded. Hmmm. I think there is a link from my experience many years ago but suspect that one cup of coffee or tea a day is o.k. for most people with anxiety. Tea has half the caffein of coffee.
I have been told that decafe tea is. Ok but no way coffee
Yes. every morning👍
Not as a mood booster. Sadly it doesn't have that effect for me. I don't even get an energy boost, just shakes if I drink multiple cups.
But I do use it for pain. It seems to help a bit. When I used to be able to take aspirin, it was miraculous to combine the two.
I drink tea for calming. Even black teas seem to help.
Have it every day as part of my morning rituals, dosent really boost my mood per se but i enjoy it
I love coffee In the morning it's soothing to have coffee and enjoy the silence. So I guess it does lift me up

I drink coffee everyday 3-5 mugs no spoonful`s poured straight from the jar I tend to get dizzy spells a bit light headed sometimes if I drink to much without any breakfast more so when I go volunteering and always on the go I put it down to the coffee but obviously not sure if it is.
hi i pour from jar no spoon as ends up making coffee in jar go funny as the spoon used for tea n coffee stays out all day lol if your feeling light headed when have lot maby switch to decaf caffeine is good in moderation but it can cause palpitations as with me im bit cafeine sensitive im thinking it be this effecting your heart making you light headed perhaps 🤔
Of course I want one - although I've got more than enough bunny themed things. I drink tea at home - coffee ( cappucino/ latte) as a treat when I go out.
are you ok with it as know your on heart beta blockers they keep it ok then, i have decaf coffee and not so strong tea caffeine is good for you tho just not the heart palps i think good to varh the drinks like i do chamomile tea to relax the body 😊
hi i looked this up for yu🤗
Most of the time I likes to drink tea in my daily life. I likes to taste early morning tea in my bed. This will boost my mood and activity. Every day I drink tea for three to four times.
