Anyone have any feedback on using this for sleep?

I take 15mg every night before I go to bed and it seems to help me sleep

Yes I do as well and it always helps me sleep.

I take 60 mg nightly for depression, in addition to Zyprexa. They put me to sleep.

They say lower doses act like a sedative and higher can have the opposite effect, that's pretty much what I found but went cold turkey after unacceptable hidden fat gain

Hi I had no problem with mirtrazapine regards sleep. They were very good for me until I thought could come off them without consulting my doctor. Only thing I will say everyone is different

I would say that this drug will aid sleep. I found the side effects of taking Mirtazapine unacceptable but we are all different. However, I had MAJOR problems with severe withdrawal and would seriously suggest not coming off it abruptly (ie cold turkey). I understand that doctors are aware of how to do this slowly.
