Hi everyone.I was put on Mirtazapine 15mg for anxiety and depression. I understood it could cause drowsiness. Well after I took the first one four days ago I got the best night's sleep in ages. However, the drowsiness effect hasn't happened since and I'm struggling with sleep. Anyone else ever had this or have any tips on taking Mirtazapine and getting a good night's sleep?

Discuss the issue with your doctor. Taking a higher dose might be the answer.
I’m on it and I take it about an hour before I go to bed. It’s really helped. Hope it works for you.
