Hi there I've used co codamol when possible as I find ibuprofen can cause stomach problems ! Your best best is seeing your own doctor as he's best placed to help you regarding treatments as everyone's different and never use someone's meds even if there symptoms are the same ! One of the best things you can do if you aren't already, is to learn what anxiety really is and how to constructively deal with it. The way to deal with anxiety is to understand that dealing with anxiety is a paradox and the more you fight it or try to deny it the more it persists and it just continues the cycle. Learning to tolerate the anxious feeling and desensitize your body and to not believe your anxious thoughts is key. I have found the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos very helpful and also the youtube videos and website of Paige Pradko very helpful also.
