Today is terrible

I barely had any sleep at all... I took my melatonin at 2:30am... and I went to sleep around 4:00am, woke up at 6:19am, and then woke up again at 8:10am, tried to sleep in my sister's room... and then slept again from 10:30am to 12:20pm...

I don't think that was a good enough sleep, but I've been very anxious all day... I took my anxiety medicine, and my eyes have been blurry...

I hear you, its good your trying to catch up on sleep when you can, dont worry about your schedule right now if you can help it, getting enough sleep will help you feel more stable, im trying to do the same thing, keep going forward. Are you using up enough energy during the day being active?
