I barely had any sleep at all... I took my melatonin at 2:30am... and I went to sleep around 4:00am, woke up at 6:19am, and then woke up again at 8:10am, tried to sleep in my sister's room... and then slept again from 10:30am to 12:20pm...
I don't think that was a good enough sleep, but I've been very anxious all day... I took my anxiety medicine, and my eyes have been blurry...
