Leave the fear behind

Anyone scared of an allergic reaction? I took an antibiotic about a week ago and panicked because I just knew it was going to cause a reaction. (No reaction came) Now for some reason it’s stuck in my head and I think eating is gonna make me have an allergic reaction. I have never had an allergic reaction to anything before. Nor am I allergic to anything.

I can understand the fear of anaphylactic shock, I'm deathly allergic to bee stings and have about 10 mins. to inject my EpiPen just to stabilize me enough to get me to the hospital. But I cannot live in fear of being stung when I love to be out in the garden. even if it's just to sit and enjoy it these days. I have to be careful in the spring, but usually bees leave you alone. You have to just use caution, but having that constant fear is exhausting I would imagine, I'm sorry it's such a struggle...truly.
