I have the free app installed, but haven't used it much, nor have I ever subscribed to it.

I also have the book, but outside of skimming, I haven't read it yet. (I'm reading another book ATM)

I have used "anxiety apps" in the past, none of which have caught my attention.

Ironically, I found out yesterday that there are CBT apps, and I may end up checking them out.

All of this is just my experience, and new apps are constantly coming out, but (as of right now) this website and community is the best self-help that I have found. (along side finding self help books that suits my needs)

It's a phone app based on the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos by Barry McDonaugh, i've found it very helpful for a constructive way of dealing with anxiety/panic.

I subscribed to the premium app for a while when I was having a major setback and found it helpful, it was like having a personal coach and there is a lot more info available on it than just the free app.
