I do! I was diagnosed with ADHD about a year ago.

I suffer from Rumination. After talking with therapist I realized this can be a form of both ADD and OCD. What a hot mess to discover all this. I think that “long term anxiety” may be causing these other conditions to start to creep in, at least in my case.
