Smoke a bowl (legally kids and with a doctors signature plus at least 10,000 hrs experience) and have coffee and Kachava.

Mediate.

Sunlamp.

Workout.

Fire show.

barf.

Shower.

Medication.

Dress.

Go.

Have anxiety this morning, ughhhhh!!! But the barf and fire show sent me into laughter. Thank you 😩. Not laughing that ur expelling things, laughing that u non chalantly had it in your routine list. Hugs.

you’re welcome to laugh. It’s making it easier for me to just accept I am a pants shitter under stress. Guess we all experience the great battle dump.

Absolutely. Everyone poops. Sometimes people miss the toilet or don’t quiet reach it in time.
