Thinking of you. This past year was like living in hell for me. I advocated for a hospitalization for myself which really didn’t help. I advocated for medication changes. After much research and a few bad trials I found a medication which works beautifully with my current regime and I never felt better. It has taken time of course, but has been totally worth it as it has given me back my life. Please talk to your doctor if you haven’t already. Things can get better.

I take a whole cocktail, trintellix, Ativan, rexulti, remeron, Depakote, but the one that has made all the difference for me over the past several months has been lamictal. It is a mood stabilizer but also lifts your mood. It has been like a miracle for me !! I had been severely suicidal and felt like there was no hope for me !! Do some research and then talk to your psychiatrist about possibilities that might help you. Good luck !!!

it is a mood stabilizer which is used for Bipolar but it has done an amazing job in lifting my depression. No other mood stabilizer does this.

If you can afford it you may want to try Ketamine Infusions. Ketamine is also available in lozenges from Mindbloom. Which is much cheaper but less potent.

For me its a very blissful experience. It's also Psychedelic. I see beautiful visions. Unusual images appear. As the drug wears off you gently return to your body.
