I agree,some anxiety can come from wanting to control our future. But mine also comes from the past and present. I can’t control what was and I’m limited to control what is. I am limited in controlling what is around me which eventually becomes my future. We, I hope we, would like a peaceful future. It’s unusual for the future to be everything we want. I hope for the best, and if it’s not the best, I make the best of it and be grateful that I can. I love lemonade, especially the pink stuff.

If life gives me lemons, I make lemonade. I prefer pink lemonade, though. Champagne used to be my go to when life gave me lemons, but it didn’t taste as good as lemonade. I’ve accepted that champagne isn’t lemonade. And that makes all the difference.
