cold warm chest feeling

has anyone ever just been sitting or even laying there and got this like cold warm sensation that goes across your chest and arms? I’ve noticed it before but it was gone came back once I started taking the Zoloft don’t know if there’s a connection there or not

I randomly get really warm and vibrating feeling in my chest sometimes. And i won't lie it does scare me some. It just comes out of nowhere when im laying down in bed. More so lately then it ever has. Im on celexa so im not sure if its related to the new med or what. But i try not to worry or panic when it happens which is hard sometimes. Literally just had it happen like a few mins ago
