Side effects with fluoxetine!!

Started 20mg 2 days ago and feeling like I'm going crazy. Sickness, nausea, high anxiety, tight chest and throat, headache and feeling on another planet.

I might ask my GP if I can go down to 10mg because I can't cope with the increased anxiety. 😔

Can I take propranolol will this help? Anti sickness?

Any other advice please 🙏 x

There is no way that I can take it again tonight, so I am going to leave off it tonight. I'm hoping the effects will go if I don't take it?

I also had a very very bad reaction to it. I would agree to not take any more and to talk to your doctor and try something else. Some SSRIs have a more calming effect.

I have only taken 1 tablet which was on Saturday evening. Should the side effects start going soon?

Please call and discuss your symptoms with a doctor. Sounds like it's not the right medication for you.

I took this medication and became real shaky and weak so I stopped taking it
