I’m struggling with my everyday habits at the moment (e.g. inactivity, lack of energy and lack of motivation) and this affects my mental health. I came across this image on reddit and thought I’d share it here, in case anyone can relate to it.

Same but i sometimes exercise and it helps with the motivation and tiredness 🙏 or i listen to music while doing something that I don’t want to do and dance or sing to the music while doing it 🤣.
So true. When you are doing well it is beneficial to create a positive, simple routine. Something that brings you joy. When you do sink that habit is there for you. You don’t think about doing it but you can still draw comfort.
What is difficult for me is that if I don’t have a job to go to in the morning or something planned in the morning where I need to be somewhere, it’s too easy to just want to crawl back into bed!!!

Yes, I know what you mean! I find it really difficult to stick with good habits and I often fall back into bad habits, even though I know they’re not good for me.
Hey friend, thanks for sharing!! 🙂 I have been told that exercise and being outside helps relieve anxiety but for me I feel like it makes it worse therefore, I would like to spend most of my time inside on my couch. I know that being outside and getting fresh air is what is needed but I tend to baby my anxiety and stay in when all possible. Thanks for this, this is a reminder that I need to go outside!!!!!
