Any one else feels really anxious with nausea and just down :/ ??? How do y’all do it

Drugs- that’s a joke Pablo- not seriously- teasing! I’d talk with your provider if needed though. Journal- get outside of your own head if you can- maybe by focusing on helping someone or doing an activity you enjoy. This may sound silly, but my mom use to buy stuff like watercolors at hobby lobby or there’s adult coloring books (have like flowers/ animals etc) and that can be relaxing. You’ll get some better answers than mine shortly. ; ) I hope you day gets better ; )

Wish I could be more help. I suffer from abdominal pain and anxiety. Walking helps me alot. Sleep is the best, no thinking and no pain. If my anxiety is too high, I take a cold shower and that usually helps me stabilize.

Have you tried medication maybye I was like that and went back in my medication and Iam starding to feel better less anxious and depressed and more energy I didn’t want to take them again but I was at my lowest already so I had to do something and glad I did

Hi 👋 Pablo. It’s Shnookie Sorry 😐 that your stomach is acting up. Right now I’m under a huge amount of stress and anxietyToday without too much TMI I have stomach cramps. I take meds, have people I can reach out to but sometimes this happens. I suggest taking Pepto Bismol having Coca Cola Ice chips, ginger ale, eating bland food, deep breathing, meditation, laying down close your eyes, peaceful thoughts, I do know how uncomfortable 😣 this is. I’m here 4 U. I’ll say healing prayers 4 U.
