my anxiety,panick attacks are back. I keep having negative tough almost everyday. there has been a lot going on since I got pregnant my doctor says is normal for my anxiety to be back, but I honestly don’t want to feel this way. I wish I could be normal & able to enjoy my pregnancy 😭 any advice

Thank you for sharing. I have struggled with anxiety and depression since my second daughter was born. It happens whenever my hormones are off. I tend to become anxious and the the depression happens. Recently, I have found that there is a way to help avoid being anxious. It has everything to do with appreciating ourselves, loving ourselves, and not being hard on ourselves. As humans we have a habit of putting ourselves down, which is not good for our mental health. Recently I listened to this training (bit.ly/3641d5A) and it was very helpful for me. I hope you get some insights from it as well. If you ever need anyone to chat with feel free to pm me.
