Support groups

Does anyone know of any good support groups? I know everything is virtual because of Covid but I live in NYC if that makes a difference. I find them more helpful than most things.

I don't have specific suggestions but NYC has dropped every mandate. (I read NYT regularly) Are you sure there aren't any in person groups?

NAMINYCMetro.org is for New York but each state has its own NAMI.org (look your state up there). Their virtual support groups are on Zoom and/or by phone, some in-person, depending on state. Although you can attend a NAMI Zoom meeting in any state, you just have to sign up. There are peer-to-peer and family groups.
