I can't even imagine the impact all that they are experiencing will have..my heart goes out to them.

My heart breaks for these people. Most def there will be a heavy psychological impact from this.

I am a Jewish woman whose father and aunt were child survivors and my grandparents sieved the Holocaust. I grew up seeing the impact the War had on them including my grandmother’s survivor’s guilt. This has also negatively impacted me. At the same time, I developed empathy for the underdogs and those who had gone thru traumatic situations as well
