Derealization and body jolts

I know that body jolts are a symptom of anxiety disorders but I was wondering more specifically if they are also associated with dpdr. Recently when I've dealt with derealization/depersonalization I have had bouts of momentary jolts. it only lasts a few seconds and I've experienced it before, but it always has me wondering.. does anyone else experience the same?

it almost feels like a shiver or being startled by something that is not present

I know there is a type of epilepsy that causes that. I have epilepsy and just got it at age 35 out of the blue. I have read a lot about it as I always thought epilepsy was the standard drop to the ground and shake but there are many many different types. I have also talked to many people with different types of epilepsy and a lot also suffer from depression and/or anxiety which I find very interesting.
