New to anxiety.

I'm just starting my journey with anxiety (and possible depression). This is literally days old for me guys. I'm trying to find all the resources and help. With all the current world events happening, I'm scared to death. I've gone to the doctor and gotten medication, but I know I'm going to need support further than that. Any resources or help, even a friend I can swap fears or stories with. Thank you.
