Feeling overwhelmed i havent been sleeping much, driving to work in the mornings has become a task all in its self. Finding myself nervous and overwhelmed. Like something is going to happen. Even on a regular day i have to turn my car radio up to run errands.

I feel for you. I am currently also having trouble sleeping. That in and of itself can turn our days into living hells. Do you have an idea of what might be causing your constant worry?
