Hi, I have been on 30 mg of Mirtazipine for getting on 9 weeks, I still feel totally flat, with an eye strain type feeling across my eyes. My doc said to up the Mirt to 45,I did this for one night & felt absolutely crap the next day, so back on the 30mg. I’m beginning to lose hope, I hate this feeling.
