Check the wiring and the fuses... all else fails look for a second hand one in a salvage yard.

.does it spark at all Ray ?….if it sparks but won’t stay lit look up a replacement thermocouple…top right of the gas burner ….if it doesn’t spark at all and electrical connections look ok look up…pietzo ignition replacement…bottom left …ebay
