I’ve used used Adrienne’s videos quite a lot and really enjoy them. What has helped me most is mindfulness meditation. I use both Calm and Insight Timer. It’s been really helpful.
I have a subscription. I work at home and I like that they are 30 min. Kinda failed the move series which I was looking forward to. Mostly I go to a studio for the community.
Yes, I take an in person yoga once per week. Started on December. I think it does help me a bit. It’s so hard to just be present in the moment when my mind is constantly racing and worrying. A journey has begun… 🙏❤️❤️❤️
