hello everyone for the past two weeks ive had this constant tightness feeling in my throat like its going to close and feeling as i aint getting enoigh air in..im so scared to eat anything because im scared im going to be allergic to everything😢

Do you think it could be anxiety? I get tightness in my chest and throat when I'm feeling scared and worried about something. 😢

Might make sense to go to ENT - ears,nose and throat doctor and get checked out. I’m here 4 U
