all of us need it but sadly not all of us have it even when in relationships.

Everyone! I know, how redundant. We’re social beings and we need emotional support. The car, the radio and playing solitaire just don’t do it for me. Lol. My therapist, peer support, parent mentor and a host of imposter syndrome friends do help me, plus my daily cocktail of anti this, that and the other help tremendously.
