Hi everyone I am new to the sites and this is confusing.

What I was looking for was like online zoom meeting for depression help. Does that exist? Like aa meeting but for depression?

I don't know of anyone who is doing zoom catch ups. If someone wants to arrange this, they will offer you to private message them.

If you are looking for zoom meetings for support then contacting your local therapist or health dept would be the best resource.

Since you live in the U.S. you might try looking up the mental health services in the County you reside in for online depression groups/support. I read a while back that they have been greatly expanded and are free or very affordable because of covid's impact on the population.
