Depression!!!

I didn't want to wake up. I was having a much better time asleep. And that's really sad. It was almost like a reverse nightmare, like when you wake up from a nightmare you're so relieved. I woke up into a nightmare!

I hear you Soccer dog....it's unfortunate when we need to stay asleep as an escape mechanism and not a regenerative need.

We feel as if we wake up to a nightmare of what the day may hold.

But we must remember that fear begets fear and can only bring a wakeful

nightmare because our mind knows nothing else. It has been trained to respond

in waking up as a cause for concern.

After a while, it becomes a habit. Habits can be broken and this is just one that

needs to happen in order to allow you to live and not just exist in fear.

Using meditation upon awakening as well as before sleep can leave you with

positive thoughts over ruling the negative ones of the day.

The subconscious mind replays anything and everything we feed into it.

If that's all it hears is negativity throughout the day, that's the last thing it remembers

before you falling asleep and plays it throughout the night.

Retraining/brainwashing our mind for our good can help restore a healthy

Mind/Body Connection :) xx

Hi it’s Shnookie. So sorry 😐 this happened to U. Many times sleep acts as an escape mechanism and can heal your body. What do U mean please by waking up into a nightmare ? Do U feel groggy or hungover ? I know that Klonopin does this to me sometimes. I’m here 4 U Hugs 🤗 S
