Update on appointment pt.2

Hi guys!! So I had my meeting and it went really well. I really like the lady that I am seeing. She's so sweet and she is really thorough when going over any diagnoses that she gives! She basically told me that I, for sure, have *TRIGGER WARNING* ( i figured someone might need a trigger warning) Bipolar 1, PTSD, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Psychosis, OCD, and a Binge Eating Disorder.. fun right? I would like to thank my family and friends for years of trauma :).. anyways, she prescribed me medication and I have to go pick it up tomorrow.. honestly, idk how I feel about my diagnoses but I am kind of relieved because now I know what's wrong with me. I am now on my self-healing journey! If anyone has any of the disorders, feel free to message me or comment under this post your story or anything(if you want:)) !!

Hi. It’s Shnookie. 😀 that U met with the doctor. Certain of your diagnoses R very common. With Bipolar 1 depression and anxiety can occur. I have this. However there R coping skills that U can use. For anxiety, U can do deepBreathing, positive visualization, meditation ( U can go on You Tube) to check this out. I’m here 4 U.
