I'm sorry to hear that you are going through so much but it is great that you found this site! I would suggest getting involved in the posts and reaching out to others. I have found that it helps me because I am getting out of my own head. Quarantine has taught me that I spend way too much time alone with my thoughts. By coming here, I can interact with people (safely) , get advice, and give myself a new perspective.
