Pick any object that you find beautiful, either from outside or inside and focus on it. Focus on the sight or touch of it, anything to bring you back to the present moment.

Think about your favorite food. Truly savor its flavor, texture and color.

Listen to music without lyrics. Try focusing on a new instrument.

Swing a necklace back and forth, breathing as you watch it swing. This can help calm your nervous system.

Set a positive saying on your phone. Make a habit of encouraging yourself!

Do yoga, like โ€œchildโ€™s poseโ€. This position lets your body know youโ€™re safe.

Wash your face. Skincare refreshes both your mind and body.

Dance! Dancing helps get rid of stress and blocks to energetic energy.

Donโ€™t use devices too late at bedtime. Sleep experts advise against this, because they just cause anxiety.

Consider ten things that make you happiest. Put your list somewhere you can see it as a reminder
