I was wondering if anyone has any advice on forms of income that I can partake in while I’m not working due to panic attacks. I’ve been out of work for almost a month and I’m feeling bad for not being able to provide like I used to. I’ve been looking for some work from home positions but I’m not having any luck. I know disability is also really difficult to get on with just anxiety. Any advice would help.

I don't know what country you are in but in the UK it's quite common for people to do certain jobs if you aren't fussy ie being a personal cleaner, dog walking, running errands for housebound people and so on.
Hi, what about paid research/ surveys/ mystery shopping.
Arts and crafts work comes immediately to mind.
Gardening, if you have a garden. Growing things will give you a sense of achievement, and you can eat what your produce!
Reading and Music, you could try to learn an instrument.Plenty of tutorials on Youtube.
Hope this gives you some help,
Cheers, Midori.
