80s 90s music Oreos chocolate books fuzzy blanket weighted blanket hugs happiness ☺️
For me it's hugs from my partner or my mum, seeing and playing with animals (especially puppies or goats!), watching funny tv shows (especially new girl or Bob's burgers), washing my face and putting on a face mask, and cooking a comforting meal😊

I was having a really bad day and then my brother video called me and I got to see my 1 year old niece, cheered me up if only for a little while ☺️

Yes being an Aunt is the best. I live about 150miles from my family so only met her in person twice. Going to visit this weekend. Looking forward to cuddles 🥰

I have a 5 year old nephew and 2 year old niece. 🙂 I love babysitting them when I can! Enjoy the cuddles!!! They are only little for so long! ❤️

- drinking or eating something hot- a friend/ support person responding to something I say with understanding, acceptance or warmth
- reading others’ experiences that are similar to mine (I feel I’m not alone)
- my weighted blanket
- massaging my head
- cushy things- pillows, bed, couch

1. My emotional support dog, Martha. She's my absolute best friend and always by my side.
2. My son. He keeps me going every single day and makes me laugh even when I don't feel like it.
3. Hot tea with milk and sugar or a hot chocolate chip cookie straight out of the oven
4. Sitting on the porch during a summer rainstorm or at night listening to the crickets and the frogs.

Great post!!!! Right now what gives me comfort is....... Advil!!!! My right foot is aching because I wore a pair of too tight shoes, so I'm resting my feet and took some Advil because I don't have any stomach issues and I'm glad to be off of my feet for awhile. I also enjoy just hanging out on this website.

Thank you. It's funny how some people really don't know who The Goo Goo Dolls are when I know a ton of their songs. I have 3 of their CD's. And I saw them perform many years ago. I like a lot of different kinds of music . However, I just don't like a lot of rap that's out there and I'm rather tired of how some singers throw swear words into songs.

It's so sad how John Lennon died. My mom loves The Beatles, she plays me a CD with some old Beatles music on it, songs like Help and Yesterday. Good stuff!!!
Rob Thomas's voice soothes me. I love the Beatles too though!
