How true this is for me at this time. Sadly, I found my roommate dead in our home a week ago. I'm finding that no matter what expert info one can tap into to help cope, some things just take time. In this short week, I am learning to pray, be diligent with self-care, and be patient & grateful for the process. Thank you for sharing, peace.

When someone die,s young they are a old soul and its time to go home. they may have been here to teach lessons for those they leave behind, this is the way I think about a loss of someone,
