I have had a difficult morning but my afternoon was lifted considerably after joining HU and by lovely messages of support. What a lovely community to find - a rare treat online these days. I have Ménière’s disease, fluctuating hearing and vertigo and my anxiety has been through the roof. Finding the support on here today has been fantastic even though my vertigo has been bad today it hasn’t been the main thing to happen today - this has! Thanks ❤️
