At my roommate and my therapist recommendation, I adopted a dog and have him licensed as an emotional support animal. So far he seems to be helping for the most part except until my esa stuff arrives I am basically limited to walking him and going to parks and nothing else. Only time will tell how much Rocker helps me out.

Emotional Support Animal
That's awesome, and such a cute pup!
I had a cat I was incredibly close to, I could talk to her about how I felt, and oddly it was as if someone who cared was listening. Animals are great in how they don't judge us and having a dog will offer you a companion to go out and about with, even if your options are limited to a park at the moment.
He's great!🐶
Omg he’s great pittie mix handsome dude.
This dog will love you until it’s last breath and more.
Bless your journey with your new friend.
Too many of these guys get euthanized from “lack of demand”
Believe it or not even though he looks pittie he is a lab and shar pei mix.
That's a great dog!. I'm looking to get one this summer when I move out of my apartment that discriminates against dogs.
Seems like a really nice dog!! Do you mind if I ask you how you get it licensed as an emotional support animal? I know it's different in every country and I've been trying to search information about it but I couldn't find any...
My therapist led me to the esa website where you can register any animal you get as an emotional support animal.
That is wonderful! He looks so happy and sweet.
I adopted a hound mix puppy last summer. He is so sweet and empathetic. If one of my kids starts crying he starts howling and tries to comfort them. He snuggles with me every night. (Of course, he’s still a puppy so he chews up EVERYTHING 🤪)
I highly recommend a hound mix to anyone needing a furry friend.
That is fantastic. Having a dog is so therapeutic. They are unconditional love bugs.
Wishing you all the best with your new buddy!
