I Suffer Severe Health Anxiety I Google Symptoms Everyday, My Body Is Always Overheating I'm So Stressed Muscle Pain Its All There, Crying.

I know how u feel mine has been awful these last 5 weeks I’m convinced I have throat cancer it’s so exhausting being this scared all the time I hate it so much just know U are not alone in how u feel 😞

If you have done hiv test that were negative then that means it’s negative try and be reassured by that

I know what you are going through, I have suffered from health anxiety for about 5 years now , it's very stressful 😔 alot of the time I can remind myself that my body does have aches and pains, lumps and bumps and makes weird noises, it's normal. But if I'm tired or stressed it's much harder not to get carried away with the thought that this time it might be serious. 💛

I know it's really exhausting and you just want it to stop so you can enjoy life again. The reality is there is unlikely to be anything catastrophic wrong I think it's just how our anxiety manifests in us. Sometimes just being aware of that rather than chasing the belief that our 'nornal' body functions are going to kill us immediately can help. Hope you BF was able to give you some support 💛

That's good to hear, I'm with you I know what it's like. I have had both real and imaginary illness over the years but... still here!! 💛💛
