I have and honestly. I really liked it. You can go to group and share your thoughts. They have different activities everyday. And they teach you how to calm your anxiety and talk your way through what’s really going on. The only thing I didn’t like is I have long hair and they give you hospital shampoo and conditioner so I had tangles in my hair all of the time. No razor to shave your legs or anything (which I understand why) but to me part of helping my depression is being clean and clean shaven and dressed. So that was kind of hard for me to deal with but everything else I really enjoyed and I came out feeling like a new woman. I still struggle but the first year or so was really good

Hello

I was inpatient for several weeks. It helped me eat and sleep since I wasn't either eating or sleeping well.

I hope it'll work for you.

I think it would be a very helpful place if you are serious about getting better and managing depression. It all has to do with the mindset. I went there once four years ago..well more like forced to go there when I was literally depressed and anxious out of my freakin mind. I was not ready for it at all and I hated my time there. I asked for my discharge after a few days and they eventually caved cause even though I was horribly depressed, I wasn’t a danger to myself. So it’s really about the mentality you have going in there. It’s like going to school sticking to a schedule and being in groups and having doctors and counselors check in with you from time to time. But nobody forced me to do anything, everything had to come from me, which wasn’t much
