Not at all. Well I don’t experience a lot of attacks but there is no reason to be afraid. The incidents of any major side effects are so minimal they are not worth worrying about. If you do get mild symptoms it means it is working. But the result is having infinitely less worry about getting COVID-19.
You are normal to have anxiety over this. It's a natural reaction to things we don't know. The anxiety is just a fear response and so taking the time to recognize that can help you calm down. Then do your best to rationalize the negative thoughts away. If you need to write them down and respond to each one individually. You are not crazy and it's more than normal to be a little anxious.
Not crazy at all!! I’ve had bad side effects to vaccines (my immune system is jacked up) so any shot really freaks me out because I don’t know what will happen
Just try to remind yourself that this could help prevent you from getting really sick. Also I’d recommend telling the nurse you’re nervous. They’re used to it and are good at keeping you calm.
Good luck!! 💙
