Trazodone

Hi , is anyone on trazodone if so what are they like for sleep I suffer chronic insomnia as well as a lot of other symptoms..just wondering what have people experienced side effects etc and do they help with insomnia, thanks in advance

Hi Giddygal, trazodone is wonderful when u use it according to your doctor’s instruction. It is non addictive and non habit forming. I use occasionally when my pmdd at its peak. Best wishes🙏

Hi, I take 150mg. Trazadone with 25mg. of Benadryl and 3mg. Melatonin nightly for sleep and that works for me. I’d check with my Doctor first of course. Hope this helps.
