I would definitely try to focus on your own self-care and not waste your energy on him. You are important and really need to focus on you and getting better right now.

Hi! I saw your post so I thought I’d sign in & see if I maybe able to help. I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder years ago (Along with PTSD [I’m a Vet but not combat related. ] & Major Depression. Forty my Anxiety is pretty much controlled by medication but I remember my Mother suffering from it really bad (You’d have to know her!) I know it’s a frightening experience and can happen at any time. (Anxiety attack=panic attacks!) I feel I can’t breathe & that scares the shit out of me. If you’d like to chat further I’ll be back on within the hour.
