Pain in right abdomen after sleeping?

I started noticing a pain some days when I wake up in the morning.... only in right side of abdomen/flank I’ve started charting it to see if I can find a pattern. It does not last more than couple of minutes but it does feel like a fair sized part of my right abdomen is involved. Today it was followed by gas and a bowel movement and will be curious to see if that recurs. The best I can describe it is a tightness that makes me want to hold my breath. I’ve been sober nearly a month and have been struggling with health anxiety. Anxiety symptom? GI issue? Mystery? Anyone else out there with a similar experience?
