Wake up each morning saying to your self in the mirror that today is my day and i will make my best to enjoy it.
During the day try to be thankful to everything you have. You need to be thankful for whatever you have so that you develop gratitude and it will make your life happy and positive.
Continue doing it for several days.. keep on thanking people verbally or in your thoughts. Another feeling will be developed and will make you more joyful .
Thank you.. have a blessed day.

I do that daily and I love saying "Hi!" through my mask when I have to go somewhere! However, as I write this I am ready to cry.
My insides don't feel so good...
I knew I had GAD before I was diagnosed.
I think I'm also codependent or something similar....I miss my granddaughter staying with us so much. She's getting "older"11🤣 and of course doesn't want to be over here all the time anymore, specially this time of year as I dont have the games andcontrolleys she and her cousin would want to play...well I'm rambling and I'm the newbie.
I feel horrible when I don't text or talk to her Mom also and I'm not about to "blow up" her phone. Again, I'm sorry, I'm the newbie. I appreciate this.
It's nice to have you here. I endorse the fact that you aren't going to allow this virus
or mask stop you from saying "hi" to others. Everyone is walking around hidden behind their mask, with their eyes focused down. What does it take for each of us to recognize each
other as another human being hurting as well. A simple "hi", might just brighten a lonely person's day. Good for you xx
