Zoloft seemed to be effective for about 15 years. Then depression returned.

Doctor seemed to think it had so much life only.

Wellbutrin working ok since.

How did you decide to switch meds rather than increase dosage? I have taken Zoloft for 15 years, increasing from 25 mg to 150 mg. Feeling anxious sometimes and very low-energy, unmotivated, flat.

My meds kinda stopped working as well due to a breakup.

Has anything stressful happened if your life that caused the depression to return?

I just came off Wellbutrin. Worked well until I tried raising dose from 150 to 300. Anxiety went through the roof. Seems to work ok at 150 but did not help my depression. It worked well with a snri.
