Health anxiety... again😒

So... I hit my head about a week ago, still have a painful bump where I was hit

And my anxiety freaks me out, I’ve had anxiety all day for 3 days, I had a mild headache Saturday night, and straight on I thought It’s related to the bump, and I still do think it’s related, I fear it’s some kind of brain bleed or something, it freaks me out

The anxiety got so bad, I have a constant nausea for a day now

Any advice?

You need to get it looked at. I remember banging my head several years ago, had a bit of a bump but carried on. At work a couple of days later some colleagues noticed I was a bit unsteady. My manager insisted on taking me to the local hospital where they diagnosed a minor concussion. Please get it checked out

Just was on my way to class, got in and then hit my head on the door, not too painful
