Hello mon Ami. C’est Shnookie. Regarding self-control this year during COVID, probably out of stress and wanting self-gratification I’ve gained a lot of weight. So I need to take control of myself and get back to a healthier way of eating. This will be a process of retracing my mind and knowing when I’m hungry 😋 and when I see something that loooks appealing.

I know what U mean. I’m Jewish and it’s Chanukah now. I have avoided buying the fried goodies such as potato pancakes and jelly doughnuts 🍩. However, I do

realize that I am over eating due to extreme financial stress. Besides not being good 4 my health, I can’t get into

most of my clothing LOL 😂 and then some

Hey, I love latkes!!! I'm not Jewish, but my friend's mother would make them and a couple times I grated the potatoes for her. This year no one is really making much of anything. I might make some sugar cookies for Christmas, but none of our family is getting together because of the pandemic.
